- Every meeting spot is a public place like a park, a plaza, a library or a community hall. Never a home.
- Walk at your own pace. Nobody gets left behind and nobody has to keep up.
- All welcome. Bring a friend, a stroller or a dog on a leash.
- Each host picks a route with smooth paths and a place to sit when they can. Tell your host what you need.
- Dress for Calgary weather and bring water.
